Der Höhenunterschied innerhalb des Grundstücks betrug zwölf Meter, und trotzdem sollte ein Swimming-Teich integriert werden. Das Becken musste aus massiven Stahlbetonwänden bestehen, um den Hangdruck aufzufangen. Der Swimming-Teich war deshalb als eine der ersten Baumaßnahmen zu errichten, weil er am unteren Ende des Grundstücks geplant war, das später nicht mehr gut erreicht werden konnte.
